Operator and scope
StampiGram is developed by ИП Эдилбек уулу Нурислан (sole proprietor Edilbek uulu Nurislan), Kyrgyz Republic. This document covers the website, customer app, staff app and support enquiries. Data used depends on the selected workflow.
Data categories
Accounts may use a phone number or email, name, language, city and profile settings. Loyalty workflows use cards, offers, rewards and operation history. Business accounts use venue, location and staff information. Support enquiries contain information you provide; diagnostics may include app version, device type and request time.
Purposes
Data supports sign-in and account protection, cards and progress, reward issuing and redemption, staff permissions, duplicate-operation prevention, support and applicable obligations. Requesting a sign-in code does not by itself constitute consent to marketing messages.
Providers and venues
The project uses Supabase for backend infrastructure and authentication. Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform is being configured for code delivery; when this channel is used, participating providers process the number and message. Venues need information relating to their own programs and operations. Personal data is not intended for sale. Processing regions and cross-border transfer arrangements need confirmation before public launch.
Retention and security
Account data is needed while providing the service. Some records may be required for security, disputes or mandatory recordkeeping. Category-specific periods, backup retention and anonymisation procedures remain to be approved; indefinite retention of all data is not claimed. Critical operations are designed around server-side permission checks and an operation log. This is not an independent security certification.
Website and external links
The current website has no third-party advertising analytics or cookie trackers. Interactive calculations run in your browser. The hosting service may process technical request logs. Instagram links open an external service governed by its own policy. Adding analytics would require reviewing notices and consent requirements.
Data enquiries
You may request information, correction, export or deletion under applicable rules. See the Data deletion page for request instructions. Account ownership may need verification; do not give support your password or one-time sign-in code.
