Service and parties
StampiGram is a product of ИП Эдилбек уулу Нурислан (sole proprietor Edilbek uulu Nurislan), Kyrgyz Republic. It supports digital loyalty programs for venues and offers for guests. Venue onboarding and pilot scope require separate agreement.
Accounts and access
Users should provide accurate information and protect account access. Staff may act only for an onboarded venue and within assigned permissions. Do not share sign-in codes, use another person’s account or bypass operation restrictions.
Cards, coupons and rewards
The venue defines eligible purchases, rewards, expiry, exclusions and redemption rules. Guests should be able to review these before participating. Stamp cards, coupons and certificates are different offers; one offer’s rules do not automatically apply to another.
Venue responsibilities
Venues are responsible for accurate offers, their goods and services, fulfilment of reward terms and applicable requirements. Published changes should not silently reduce previously promised benefits. Address purchase disputes to the venue first and technical issues to StampiGram support.
Pricing and availability
Packages cost $15, $20 and $50. Costs, messaging, training, locations and limitations are agreed before the pilot. Availability outside Kyrgyzstan is confirmed separately. Demonstrated live workflows require apps and internet; uninterrupted or offline operation is not promised.
Prohibited activity
Fraudulent stamps, repeated reward claims that bypass rules, unauthorised access, misuse of personal data and messaging without required consent are not permitted. Access restrictions and disputed-operation reviews should consider user protection and applicable requirements.
Ending use and enquiries
Pilot closure, active offers and obligations to guests require agreement with the venue. An account-deletion request is separate from a purchase dispute. Contact @stamper_system with questions; privacy and deletion documents are linked below.
