For owners and customers

What is StampiGram?

A digital loyalty program for cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, barbershops and other venues. The owner sets the rules, staff confirm visits, and customers collect stamps in the app and see how close they are to a reward. That gives them a clear reason to choose you again.

In a café reward-program study, participants bought coffee more frequently as they approached a reward. This is an observation, not a growth guarantee for every venue. Kivetz, Urminsky & Zheng · 2006

Similar reward mechanics are used by Starbucks, McDonald's, KFC, «Шоколадница». Their programs are not affiliated with StampiGram; these are examples of the principle, not promised results.

Business capabilities

What can StampiGram do for your business?

Stamps and relevant offers may lead to more paid visits. The program pays off only if extra contribution covers rewards and communication costs. Start with one workflow and measure the result.

When this feature is enabled, a gift for an external review is possible only for 2GIS, with public rules and no positive-rating filter. Google Maps and other providers get a neutral invitation without a reward. Following the link does not publish a review automatically.

Start with a program customers can understand.

Tell us about your venue and the return visit you want to encourage. We can help choose a mechanism and check the economics before launch.

Connect first and repeat visits

At your venue

A clear flow for customers and staff.

  1. 01

    The guest opens the app

They choose their card or offer and present a QR code.

  2. 02

    A staff member confirms

They check the purchase and rules, then award a stamp or redeem a reward.

  3. 03

    The guest sees the result

Progress or offer status updates in the customer app.

The live workflow requires venue onboarding, the guest app, the staff app and internet access. Staff permissions and operation history are checked on the server.

Evidence, with context

Loyalty has a rationale.
Results need measurement.

−20%

shorter time between purchases

In a café study of redeemed cards: the average first-to-last observed purchase interval shortened as customers approached a reward. This is not an increase in total footfall.

Kivetz, Urminsky & Zheng · JMR, 2006 ↗

These are external studies, not StampiGram results. A verified StampiGram uplift is not yet available; a venue pilot needs its own measurement.

Choose your mechanism

Not every goal
needs a discount.

Start with the behaviour you want to encourage. Then choose the mechanism, and only then decide the reward.

01

Scan with a phone

Open the scanner in the staff app, point the camera at the guest’s QR code and confirm the action. This workflow does not need a separate hardware QR scanner.

02

Stamps and rewards

Staff check the purchase and offer conditions, then award a stamp or redeem an eligible reward. The guest’s card updates.

03

Team administration

Each organization has one owner. The owner invites staff with a one-time link and manages access to locations. Staff set their own passwords; there are no manager or cashier roles in the app.

04

Pause access when needed

Suspend access or remove a team member when they should no longer work at that location. Each staff member has their own account and operation history.

Workflow diagram, not an interactive scanner. Live use requires a camera, camera permission, internet and active access to an onboarded location.

Before you get started

What is StampiGram?

StampiGram is a digital loyalty service for venues and their guests: stamp cards, coupons, gifts and certificates in a customer app, with a separate staff workflow. The product is preparing for its pilot launch.

Can salons and barbershops use StampiGram?

Yes. The app has service-oriented stamp-card templates, and coupons, discount cards, gifts and certificates are not limited to food venues. Specific program terms are agreed during onboarding.

Do guests need the app?

The demonstrated workflows use the StampiGram customer app. No-install access and Apple Wallet or Google Wallet integrations are not claimed here.

Can venues outside Kyrgyzstan enquire?

Yes. Contact us to discuss a pilot in your country. We will confirm app language, currency, terms and required functionality before onboarding.

How much will visits increase?

There is no fixed uplift promise. External research supports the rationale, but StampiGram’s effect needs to be established using your venue’s pilot data.

Who operates StampiGram?

StampiGram is developed by sole proprietor Edilbek uulu Nurislan in the Kyrgyz Republic. Contact information and working document drafts are available below.

What else is in the apps?

Customers can see bonuses and visit challenges; workflows use QR and, where configured, NFC. Owners manage offers and staff and can issue targeted bonuses. Operation history and reviews have dedicated sections.
