The short answer
A service stamp card starts with an eligible paid visit, a target, a reward and an expiry. The app includes haircut and treatment templates. Customers see progress while staff confirm qualifying actions.

1. Choose a repeatable service
Start with haircuts, nail care or another service clients book again. Decide which services qualify and whether a stamp is earned per visit or per individual treatment.
2. Calculate the reward
Example: an added care treatment after five eligible paid visits. This is an illustration, not a promised result. Compare its cost with the contribution from visits and define substitutions.
3. Test booking and redemption
Teach staff when to scan the QR and how to check rules. The app does not replace your booking calendar or POS. If connectivity fails, check the operation history before retrying.
Action plan
- Define the eligible service and visit.
- Set the stamp target and reward.
- Check expiry, cost and substitution rules.
- Test the staff workflow.
What to measure
Compare repeat bookings in the same customer group, time to next visit and costs of redeemed rewards.
